Is there something you want to know about our dental practice near Rossville or just dentistry in general? Our committed dental team can answer your questions if you call our office during our regular business hours. In the meantime, though, we invite you to review the list of frequently asked questions below that can give you some insight into whether Michel Dental is the right practice in Topeka or Silver Lake for the smiles that matter most in your life.
Simply finding a dentist isn’t usually problem; a Google search will yield plenty of results. Choosing a dentist that’s right for you is another matter. In addition to the location of the practice, you should also figure out what matters most to you when it comes to choosing a dental care provider. Is it a practice that takes your insurance plan? Is it a highly experienced team? Is it offering treatments for a variety of conditions such as sleep apnea and TMJ disorder? You’ll find all of these features and more at our office, and you can take a look at past patient reviews to see what others think about our practice and the quality of our care.
If you’re looking for a dentist that can see your entire family, one of the first things you’ll want to check is the variety of treatments available. All of your loved ones have unique smiles, and they’ll encounter their own oral health difficulties in life; the practice you choose should therefore offer a comprehensive menu of services so that you have someplace to turn to no matter what oral health issue comes up. You should also consider the hours and location of the practice in order to make it as convenient as possible to get everyone to their appointments. Our practice is proud to offer many services under one roof, and we keep a schedule that gives you an option to make appointments early, late, or even on Fridays.
Not all dentists are willing to work with children, which is why many parents end up bringing their little ones to a separate pediatric specialist. Here at Michel Dental, though, we pride ourselves in being able to form trusting relationships with patients of all ages. Feel free to ask about setting up an appointment for your child as well as yourself when you call our office for the first time.
Same day appointments are usually reserved for dental emergencies, which usually involve severe pain, oral bleeding, and broken/cracked/lost teeth. Any life-threatening conditions should be treated in an emergency room right away, but otherwise any urgent dental issues should be handled by an oral health professional right away. If you call our office, one of our team members will give you first-aid instructions over the phone if you need them, and an appointment will be scheduled right away.
